When is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in starts at 4pm.
Check-out is at 10:00am.
What does my condo include?
All condos have fully equipped kitchens with basic cookware, high speed wireless internet, TVs, as well as DVD players. We also provide all the linens, bath and kitchen towels. We have a free linen exchange on Tuesday and Fridays that we offer to short term rental guests. You may exchange your towels and sheets.
What should I bring with me?
We suggest that you bring beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, garbage bags, and desired condiments. As well as any personal hygiene products.
Are you allowed to smoke in condos or on balconies?
Cigarettes and E-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in units, balconies, breezeways, pool area, tennis courts, shuffleboard area, beach boardwalk and beach. A fee of up to $500 will be charged to your account if evidence is found in violation to this rule. We have a designated smoking area in the parking lot by the West lobby entrance.
How old to you need to be to rent a condo?
You must be 25 years old to rent and occupy the unit.
Are pets allowed at HSRC?
Pets are not allowed on property, unless it is a registered Service animal or to aid hearing or visually impaired individuals. You must make management aware of this 30+ days prior to arrival.
How many cars can I bring?
One complimentary parking pass is given per condo. Depending upon availability, a daily charge may be assessed for additional parking passes.
Are grills allowed?
Grills are not allowed on the balcony or patios. We do have charcoal grills that are provided for your use in the parking lot area.
What are the swimming pool hours?
The swimming pool hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm. Please shower before entering swimming pools. Use at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated in the winter months.
Are tents allowed on the beach?
Tents and canopies are not permitted on our beach.
Are glass containers allowed on the beach or at the pool?
Glass containers are prohibited from the beach as well as the swimming pool area.
Are watercraft trailers allowed on property?
Please call 850-837-6108 to verify availability of parking. No watercraft trailers will be permitted during peak times.
What do I need to do to check-in/out?
To check in, please come to our front desk. We will give you a door code, gate code, and parking pass. When preparing to check out, please load the dishwasher and start it along with trash removal. Also, please press *

on the front door keypad. This will notify the desk that you have checked out. You can also stop by the front desk to inform us of your departure.
