Built in 1972, this seven-story beachfront property features 166 individually owned one- and two-bedroom condos, each with private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Guests love the direct beach access, so there’s no need to cross any streets—just step from your condo onto the sand. Each Destin beachfront condo rental includes everything you need for a relaxing Florida beach vacation, along with access to resort-style amenities like a heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and complimentary beach service (March–October in-house rental guests).
