There’s something surreal about paddling through the Gulf while escorted by amazing ocean life such as Dolphin and big Sea Turtles. Another must while visiting Destin is fishing. Book a spot on a charter boat and find out for yourself why this town is known as the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village".  If visiting in May, check out the Emerald Coast Open Lionfish Festival. Bring the whole family out to the harbor on May 17th-18th and learn all about lionfish. Enjoy lots of vendors, food, and activities!

Looking for Destin’s social scene? Look no further than Crab Island. It’s a short boat ride away from your Destin Condo Rental. This sandbar is the perfect combination of sun, sand, emerald waters, and fun! Crab Island is the area’s top summertime destination where boats, kayaks, and wave runners come to anchor down and hang out. There are so many ways to get to Crab Island, however, we suggest Crusin Tikis. This floating Tiki Bar will cruise you to Crab Island while you enjoy cocktails and snacks that are provided by you. The captain will drop the swim ladder so you can take a dip in these emerald-green waters.

When the sun goes down outdoor concerts are where it’s at! One of our favorites is Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation Concerts in the Village. Every Thursday night at 7:00pm during the season you can enjoy live music under the stars. This is one of the most beautiful outdoor music venues on the Emerald Coast. Bring a bottle of wine, your favorite craft beer, delicious snacks, and a blanket or chair. Food and drinks are also available for purchase. Wine down after a day at the beach to tunes from talented musicians.
